Client Goals:

The Arlington, VA based global Nonprofit organization in the economic landscape wanted to automate the various applications integrated to its CRM platform. The highly complex ecosystem is majorly developed through in-house manual coding. The organization wanted to upgrade the environment to a scalable and sustainable platform to serve its 485 members and users spanned across the world.
 

Our Contributions:

We were contracted to provide on-going support to the whole system through another contractor. The core CRM is based on Salesforce with Sage, BB&T, ExpressionEngine, FluidReview, Litmos, Rackspace, Amzon Web Services, Stripe, MailChimp / Mandrill, Zapier, Conga, DocuSign, Google, and Eventbrite integrations. We ensure all integrations, API calls, and data updates are executed in an automated and efficient manner by upgrading manual processes and documentations.
